I was routed to 7 different phone calls today to find out if we could removed an old employee from our business account.I was hung up on twice.
No one helped with the credit memo questions. No one helped remove the past employee from the account. I couldn't understand 5 of the 7 people I spoke to. My suggestion to our Executive Director is that we no longer allow any of our employees to purchase from DELL.
I have never had so many problems with one company in my 38 years of working for this agency.Horrible company.
